Went in for my check up today. They tested my hearing but I didn't understand what the nurse really wanted me to do. She said that it was okay, most kids my age don't know what to do. After that we went and measured how tall I am, I am 3 feet 6 inches tall which puts me in the 75%, then it was time to step on the scale, I weigh 44 lbs which puts me in the 85%. When we were all done with that it was off to the exam room, I got this cute little gown to put on. The nurse checked my blood pressure and pulse. Mommy didn't write those numbers done so I am not sure what they are. Next the nurse showed me some cards with pictures on them, I had to stand against the wall with one hand over one eye while she stood in the hallway and I had to tell her what was on each card, then I had to cover my other eye and do it all over again. The nurse said I did a really good job. After the nurse left the room it was time to get my cute gown on for the doctor to exam me. My doctor was surprised at how much I have grown since she last saw me. The doctor checked my heart, lungs, eyes, nose, and tummy. She said everything looked good. Then the nurse came back in and said it was time for my shots. I was really brave and didn't cry at all. I got 3 stickers for being such a brave girl. Now I am all caught up on my shots til I am 11 yrs old.
